Welcome! Today I’m going to show you how to use a box picker to get veggie matter out of wool, and the results are amazing results! Box pickers are used to remove dirt and veggie matter from wool. The wool in this video came from my mom’s farm. The wool had already been washed, but it still had veggie matter in it. As you can see in the video, the box picker does a great job of getting veggie matter out of the wool. Using a box picker to get veggie matter out of wool is one of many steps in the process of cleaning the wool and getting it ready for spinning.

My mom bought it from at Etsy store a few years ago. They made them by hand. I don’t remember the name of the store off the top of my head. It was something like Bam Farms, but that’s not the right name, I don’t think.
